Cottage 2 is our most spacious cottage with two bedrooms and one bath in 700 sqft of living space. This cottage has a real lakeshore cottage feel with mixed hardwood floors and pale blue walls throughout.  

Kitchen amenities include a full-sized refrigerator, stove, sink and dishwasher and a well-stocked set of dinnerware and cookware for you to prepare and serve your favorite meals. You'll find a toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker and even a blender. You'll love the colorful hand-crafted wood counter tops we made in the kitchen with island seating! 

The open living room/kitchen area is spacious with a comfy sofa (that is also a twin sleeper) and two chairs. Stretch out and watch TV or play cards at the dinette table.

There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a queen and twin bed in the other. The twin sleeper sofa in the living room gives you sleeping for six.

The custom tiled walk-in shower is beautiful and roomy. The glass vessel sink sits on a repurposed sewing cabinet vanity.

Cottage 2 has window AC units in each of the bedrooms, a ceiling fan in the living room, and baseboard heat for the cooler weather.

Cottage 3 is our mid-size space with two bedrooms and one bath in a cozy 500 sqft. This cottage has sand-colored walls and dark floors for a more modern feel.

A queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other gives you sleeping for four. Like the queen bed, the twin beds have supportive mattresses that are comfortable for adults as well as children.

The living room/dining area has a dinette table, a small sectional sofa  and TV.

Bathroom features include a lovely porcelain tiled walk-in shower and a wood counter top we made from reclaimed walnut boards. 

The kitchen is small but very functional with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, sink, and dishwasher. The charming oak counter tops add just the right cottage feel. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cookware and includes a microwave, toaster, blender and drip coffee maker. You'll love the refurbished windows that give this space lots of fresh air and light. 

Cottage 3 has an in-wall heat/AC unit (similar to what you see in hotel rooms) in the living area and portable fans in the 2 bedrooms.

Cottage 4, a one bedroom/one bath, is our smallest space available, but it's perfect for two people or a single traveler. Curious about tiny house living? This 400 sqft cottage has all the conveniences of a bigger space. The pale grey/green walls and "torched" floor give this cottage a modern but rustic feel.

You'll find a very comfortable queen bed with an adjustable base and massage settings. The TV is on a swivel mount for viewing from in bed or from the comfy leather sectional sofa. 

Cottage 4 has a well-equipped  kitchen for cooking and dining, with full-sized refrigerator, stove, sink and even dishwasher! The dinette set seats 4 and there is a microwave, toaster, blender and drip coffee maker. A complete set of dinnerware and cookware gives you everything you need to eat in.

The well stocked bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower and pedestal sink. 

The wood floors throughout are custom planks we crafted from reclaimed wood. This cottage is light and bright with lots of original windows.

Cottage 4 has an in-wall heat/AC unit (similar to what you see in hotel rooms) in the living area and a portable fan in the bedroom.

Cottage 5 is a 420 sqft efficiency cottage with an open floorplan combining the sleeping and living area. The white walls and dark wood accents are clean and modern. There is a wheelchair ramp for easy access into the step-free entry.

The queen bed has access on both sides and a spacious closet. The living area also includes a comfy couch that can be pulled out for additional sleeping space for two. The sleeping/living area has a curtained divider for privacy giving this cottage sleeping for four, but its most comfortable for 2-3.

The kitchenette is small but very functional with dining table, small sink, full-sized refrigerator, microwave (no stove), toaster and drip coffeemaker. The kitchenette is stocked with basic items for preparing and enjoying simple meals. 

The bathroom features a lovely curbless, travertine tile shower and adjustable shower head . A sink with a spacious, custom wood counter top completes this beautiful as well as accessible bathroom. 

Cottage 5 has a super quiet mini split for heat/AC  and a ceiling fan over the bed.

They are pet-friendly.

Pet Policy
Only one adult animal is allowed and no pets with aggressive or destructive behavior.

Your dog must be on a 6-foot or shorter leash at all times outside the cottage

.
You must pick up immediately after your dog.

You cannot leave your dog unattended in the cottage or tied up outside.

You must be able to keep your dog from excessive barking.

If you are not able to meet all these requirements, please do not bring your pet. 

 Our Eco Cottages are economical and our most eco-friendly choice. We have Eco Cottages 7- 9 and 10 coming soon. 

Each Eco Cottage has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet; beds with a mattress protector; and a small fridge, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker (with filters)., smart TV with Netflix and Wifi. 

They have fans for cooling (No AC) and baseboard heaters for chilly nights. 

These cottages are camping style. You supply your own bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets), towels, soaps, paper products, kitchen/eating supplies and other personal items. 

Eco Cottages are also pet-friendly for one well-behaved, adult pet.

 We have a gas grill, charcoal grill, and common areas shared between cottages. Shuffle board courts and a firepit are also shared with other guests. 

Eco Cottage 7 is a 160 sqft efficiency space with a full-sized (double) bed and a twin trundle underneath. *Note that this is a change from the twin bed with twin trundle in 2023.

The space includes a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker. A smart TV and  bathroom with a unique wood and tiled shower with toilet and sink. 

These cottages are camping style. You supply your own bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets), towels, soaps, paper products, kitchen/eating supplies and other personal items.. 

A deck off the front of the cottage provides outdoor space for lounging. The Eco Cottage does not have AC, but it does have a ceiling fan and its location at the edge of the woods keeps it cool and comfy. 

Eco Cottage 7 Rate:

$95-140 per night peak season

 Eco Cottage 8 is a 280 sqft 2-room space with sleeping for 3. The two rooms are connected by the bathroom with a vintage sink and custom shower. 

The bedroom has a queen bed and a comfy chair for relaxing. The living room has a loveseat that pulls out to a twin bed, a smart TV, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker. 

These cottages are camping style. You supply your own bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets), towels, soaps, paper products, kitchen/eating supplies and other personal items. 

A deck off the front of the cottage provides outdoor space for lounging. Like Eco Cottage 7, this cottage does not have AC, but both rooms have a ceiling fan.

 Eco Cottage 9 is a 200 sqft space with a queen bed on the main floor and a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker. The small but efficient bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Eco Cottage 9 also has a loft with a full size sleeping mat giving you sleeping for 3.

These cottages are camping style. You supply your own bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets), towels, soaps, paper products, kitchen/eating supplies and other personal items. 

A deck off the side of the cottage provides outdoor space for lounging. This cottage does not have AC, but there is a ceiling fan. There is also a smart TV with Netflix and WIFI. 

Eco Cottage 9 Rate: 

$100-130 per night low season

$125-160 per night peak season

 Eco Cottage 10 is a 200 sqft space with a queen bed, perfect for 2 people or a solo traveler. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker. The bathroom has a custom tiled shower, copper sink and toilet. 

These cottages are camping style. You supply your own bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets), towels, soaps, paper products, kitchen/eating supplies and other personal items. 

A deck off the side of the cottage provides outdoor space for lounging. This cottage does not have AC, but there is a ceiling fan. There is also a smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.
